Kelly Mackay, Smith Renovations counsel & Bridgeland Developments President
Kelly has been involved in real estate in various segments and roles since 1982 when he began as a licensed commercial realtor with a major commercial real estate firm in Calgary. He was then recruited by a western Canadian real estate development company where for the next ten years he was responsible for an extensive Alberta and Saskatchewan real estate portfolio including office buildings, warehouse buildings and shopping centers. In this position he gained considerable knowledge not only in the sale, leasing and management of properties but in all areas of construction.
He has leveraged this knowledge and experience into residential real estate acquisition and development and over the last sixteen years has owned, redeveloped and built numerous properties in Calgary and Arizona. Over the past few years his focus has been on the assembly of inner city properties to accommodate multi family developments.
Kelly's extremely methodical and disciplined formula combined with his customer first philosophy continues to deliver successful, high quality developments. He is currently building Bridge12, the second multi family development from Brigeland Developments.
Kelly has two adult daughters and resides in Calgary Alberta with his wife Debbie.

Wayne Lumley, craftsman
Born and raised in Alberta, Wayne has been doing carpentry for nearly 20 years. He is motivated by the variety - and the other challenges that come with renovations. Whether it's framing, tiling, painting, flooring or fine carpentry, Wayne is meticulous, thorough and always plans ahead. His pet peeve is when things aren't level and plumb and when he loses his truck keys in the foothills. When he's not working or teaching skating (see below), he is on his acreage with his family or out riding horses in the hills.
Fact: Wayne competed in the 1988 Winter Olympics for Ice Dancing and has been coaching 10 to 17 year olds for more than 20 years.
